Return and Warranty Information

General guidelines

No invoice, No refunds/credits/service. 30 days warranty for all video games (PS1, PS2, Dreamcast, Nintendo, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, XBox) and related products (Accessories, Driving Wheels, Games, Controllers, Dance Pads, Mini Sticks, Memory Cards) DOA 1 products are replaced within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product. Non-DOA products are replaced within seven business days of receiving faulty product. Product refunds/credits are completed within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product. All returns subject to 10% restocking fee within 30 days. No refund after 30 days. All returns in re-sellable condition with original, invoice, packing materials and manual(s). Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. Returned shipments must arrive with an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for ten days and is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Package must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don't send your package via the U.S. Mail without tracking). The customer must prepay all shipping and handling. No refunds on service charge, labor and shipment. Software and video games can not be returned if the seal package has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone.



Refund Product refunds/credits will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:

Product is no longer covered under 30-day refund/credit period. Failure to return all accessories included with product. Failure to return product in its original retail packaging. Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Request Form. Return package is shipped to us via COD. Product has been tampered with. No refunds for opened software and video games. Replacement Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:

Product is no longer covered under our warranty period. Our serial label is tampered with or removed from product. Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Request Form. Return package is shipped to us via COD. Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests. Product has been tampered with.
